Wire entry holes are offset to meet the guidelines for wire separation in Category 6 networks. This is a 2 piece plug with an insert that allows you to easily install the wires. Once the wires are in, the insert placed inside the RJ45 connector and crimped with a standard RJ45 style crimp tool.
