This utility knife has a thick, durable blade and has a secure locking mechanism. The locking system consists of a knurled twist knob that firmly locks the blade within the all steel blade channel.
The knife is constructed of impact resistant ABS plastic, yellow in color for quick identification and uses the popular BlackMax blades that are .07" thick (40% thicker than most standard blades), and specially heat treated to start sharper and last longer.
Sold with a BlackMax blade. Additional Blades are sold separately.
