This in a 19" cable support bar made from durable steel with a black powder-coat finish. Attach to the rear of any standard 19" rack mount patch panel. The cables that are punched down to rear of the patch panel will now be organized neatly with all the strain relief needed, keeping away intermittent connections caused by rear cable movement.
