This splitter has 1 input port and 3 output ports on one side. It is 75Ohm and 5-1000Mhz. The insertion loss is 7.8dB. Also a 130dB minimum. EMI-RFI shielding capacitor and coupled DC power blocked all ports. The splitter has mounting tabs with screws included.
