This splitter has 1 input port and 2 output ports on top side. The vertical design allows close mounting in lock boxes for easy access of cable connections. It is 75 Ohm and 5-1000Mhz. The insertion loss is 4.0dB. Also a 90dB minimum. RFI shielding capacitor and coupled DC power blocked all ports. The splitter includes mounting tabs with screws.
